World of Music Online Return Policy
NOTE: The following return policies apply ONLY to our online store. The return policies for any item purchased in-store are located at the bottom of your receipt.
Returning an item
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately.
- You may return your items for a refund or exchange for full product value, less the original shipping costs, within 7 days.
- Returned items must be in the same condition received.
- Returned items must contain original packaging including manuals, cords, accessories, etc.
- Returned items must show no signs of wear or abuse or the customer will be responsible for the cost of repair or restoration.
- The customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges in both directions.
Do not accept any shipment if the packaging appears to be damaged. Please review your items carefully after receiving them to make sure that no damage has occurred during shipment.
If you notice any damage to your product from shipping, please notify us IMMEDIATELY.
Sheet music, CD's, DVD's, books, microphones, raw speakers, parts, recording devices, software, and anything that would come in contact with the mouth or ears such as harmonicas or earplugs.
